A S P A R A G U S

DIRECTIONS

 

Preheat oven 400
Wash and trim asparagus.  Dry well.  Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.  Arrange asparagus in a single layer, drizzle with olive oil, then using your hands completely coat asparagus with oil.  Roast on bottom rack of oven. Turn after 10 minutes, then roast 10 more minutes.  Sprinkle grated cheese and roast 2 additional minutes.  Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 lb asparagus, washed and trimmed

  • 3-4 TBSP Grated Italian cheese

  • 2 TBSP olive oil
